MAY CLASS PHOTOS

HELLO, HAPPY SPRING, HOW ARE YOU?

Here's our first couple of weeks of May class photos.  We have such great instructors, wouldn't you agree?  Lots of fun, for all of us.

Thurs, 5/1, we still have our CRUISIN COLORADO SHOP HOP going on with 17 stores participating in Colorado until Sat., 5/3. If you have missed our 2 emails of the different store's information, please come in and pick up a printed list.  This has been lots of fun for us so far and for many of our customers.  We have Make N Take cards to create for $1 ea.  Please remember to bring your basic tool kit with you.

This afternoon from 1-3, we will hold another OPERATION WRITE HOME workshop.  You get to make giveaway cards for our servicemen overseas to write home on.  Bring your basic kit and use our supplies and scraps. 

Fri, 5/2, from 1-3 we will hold another CSU CARDMAKING workshop.  Same as Operation Write Home, except we'll make cards to donate for the CSU Women's Schorarship cardmaking group.

Sat, 5/3 CRUISIN COLORADO all day 10-5, last day to register for grand prize of $170. total in gift
certificates to the participating stores.  Make cards for $1 ea! 

Mon,. 5/5, from 6-8, Judy will help you create a MOTHER'S DAY STAIRCASE CARD, for just $8 make this beauty:

 TECHNIQUE TUESDAY, come in anytime between 10-5 and learn a new technique, and take home the instructions and your own sample.  Just $2 or it's FREE with a purchase of $5 or more.

Wed, 5/7, from 1:00-3:30, Doug will be here to teach his GREENHOUSE 3D CARD.  It's a 3 dimensional card that sits upright.  Bring your quilling tool in your basic kit.  Just $8:

Thurs, 5/8, from 12-4, Grace will teach GATEFOLD BLANK.  You'll learn the basics to making your own larger box of this black chipboard album contained in a box!  Then you can cover it with any paper your heart desires.  Just $28.

Fri, 5/9, from 10:30-12:30, Marsha will teach the 2nd class of FABULOUS PEACOCK cards you can make these 3 sparkly cards for $10. :

Sat, 5/10, from 10:30-12:30, Julia will teach this month's Graphic 45- 3 dimensional frameable work of art: G45 3D SPORTS.  Please bring your stylus kit and mat in your basic kit.  Just so much fun for $8 (returning students of 3D),or $12 (for new students of Julia's).  We sell the stylus kit (for flowers, too) and mat, of course. Great for sports enthusiasts and jocks!


That same afternoon, from 1:30-4:30, Pat will teach another cute album, SIMPLE SUMMER ALBUM.  This will make a great gift, and also you'll be ready for photos of your summer events or a fun get together.  Also bring your Scor-Pal or Scor-Buddy for this class. So cute and just $20:


Mon, 5/12, from 1-3, Patsy will teach this month's TEENY TINY CARDS.  You know Patsy, these will be great, but no samples yet, sorry.  Just $7 to make 3 different gift cards and envelopes.

TUESDAY TECHNIQUES- a different technique, of course.

Wed, 5/14, from 6-8, and again on Mon, 5/19, from 10:30-12:30, Marsha will teach FLORAL GLITTERED CARDS.  Make these 3 beautiful see-thru cards for just $10:


Thurs, 5/15, from 10:30-4:30, Julia will teach another beautiful album BOTANICAL TEA GATEFOLD ALBUM, using Graphic 45 papers, make all this (lots of pockets for photos) for $35. Bring your Scor-Pal or Scor-buddy for this class, as well. Limit of 8 for this, register soon!

Fri, 5/16, from 6-8, Patsy will teach another TAGS, TAGS, TAGS class.  Learn to use sprays, stamps, stencils, inks in making your own fabulous tags.  Lots of fun, and just $10:


On Sat, 5/17, CARON will be back to teach 2 beautiful cards using Elizabeth Craft Designs and Impression Obsessions. From 10:30-12:30, she'll teach PEELED & GLITTERED BACKGROUNDS. Just $17 for these 2 beautiful glittered cards:

That same afternoon from 2-4, Caron will teach HOUSE PIVOT CARD, with a bonus card, both with Elizabeth Craft Designs, just $17:


We are pleased to announce 2 fabulous classes taught by Judy, owner and designer of B&J ARTS STAMPS, from New Mex., later in the month, on Sat 5/31.  B&J Art Stamps are only able to come here 2-3 times a year.  They also give their students a fabulous discount on their stamps, inks and embossing powders that they bring with them to sell. The first class is from 10:30-12:30, WATER BATIK & BEADS, using stamps, beads, inks and embossing powders, is just $28 for this beautiful card:

and Judy's afternoon class, from 2:00-4:00 is SUEDED FABRIC & MORE, also $28, but you can make as many cards as you want after learning this technique. Just a few samples of what can be done, but you can choose your own stamps and matt colors to use:
 
Bobby and Judy also have groupies that come for every one of their classes, so register early.

PLEASE DO NOT COPY THESE ORIGINAL DESIGNS TO USE FOR YOUR OWN PROFIT.  We have heard of another instance where this happened recently. 
 
Please remember to bring your basic kit and any other tools needed for particular classes.
 
Please remember to come at least 10 min.early, or earlier so you can shop.  EVERY STUDENT receives a 10% discount on all regular priced purchases (unless already discounted by B&J Art Stamps) either right before or right after your registered class.
 
Please register and pay at least 36 hours ahead of class time, so that the instructor has time to prepare materials for each student. We take check or cash for classes (still trying to hold down our credit card processing fees). You can either come in to register, or call to register and mail a check to us early to hold your spot.
 Remember we really appreciate your using cash or local checks for your purchases! We have been able to stock more merchandise for you to see, since we're spending at lot less on those darn processing fees each month---THANKS so much!
