HELLO, HAPPY SPRING TO YOU ALL!

Great weather, longer days, so happy.

A reminder to all of you who may not have read our recent email about our CRUISIN COLORADO SHOP HOP.  It will be held starting April 25 and end May 3---2 full weeks to celebrate National Scrapbook Week.  16 other Colorado stores are participating with us.  Each store will have their own sales events, door prizes, and Saturday Make N Takes!  Be sure 2 sign up at each store visited, as each store will provide a $10 store gift certificate, total of $170 in gift certificates given to Only 1 lucky winner in Colorado!  That lucky winner will  be picked from the list of names taken at each store. So visit several stores to have a better chance at winning.  Our latest email had the participating store addresses and phone #'s, or you can get a list from the participating store itself.  This will be such a fun time.  You could make a traveling weekend out of it with your friends!  Call the store to get their driving directions or google the address.  Hope you can join us!

We continue with our March Anniversary sale until this Sat.,  March 29---this is the day our dies and Sizzix Big Shot machines are 25% off!  come in early!

Here is our Creative class line up for the first 2 weeks or so in April:

Wed, 4/2, from 2-4, Marsha will teach EASTER CARDS.  Make these 3 beautiful Easter cards for jus $15. Lots of embellishments and flowers used on these one of a kind cards:

Thurs, 4/3  from 1-3 we will host another OPERATION WRITE HOME WORKSHOP and CSU CARDS WORKSHOP.  Please bring your basic tool kit and help us make cards to donate to these wonderful organizations!  You will use our materials and embellishments.

Fri, 4/4, from 3-5, Pat will teach a fun and easy, bright mini album KEY LIME ALBUM.  It's just $20 for all this, bring scor-tape in your basic kit:

 Sat, 4/5,from 10:30-12:30, Patsy will teach another EMBROIDERY ON PAPER.  You'll learn how to punch out a pattern and embroidery with beautiful thread and make it into a card, just $12:

 

That same afternoon, from 2-4, Julia will teach G45 3D, which is a beautiful frameable piece of art.  If you are a new student to this technique, you will need to bring a paper tole  kit, matt and your basic kit.  We sell these at ARTSY.  Return students $8- New students $12 charged for this class:

Mon, 4/7 from 1-3, Doug will teach ORIGAMI EASTER CARD.  Make this cute slide closed card with a surprise inside and the envelope, too, just $8:

TECHNIQUE TUESDAY.  Come in anytime between 10-5 and learn a quick new technique.  It's different every week.  You will learn lots and take home your own sample and instructions so that you won't forget it.  $2 or it's FREE with a $5 or more purchase.  Lots of fun!

Wed, 4/10, from 12-4 Grace will teach us how to make the basic book of this album: FLIP BOOK ALBUM BLANK. It's just $28.  Once you learn how to put this together, you can choose any papers and embellishments to fill it.  We also sell her cut up kits for this album for $15 ea.:

Fri, 4/11, from 6-8, Marsha will teach FABULOUS PEACOCK CARDS.  Just look at these beautiful shiny silver and black cards.  Just $10 for these 3 stunning cards:

Sat, 4/12, from 10:30-12:30, Julia will give you the opportunity to make either set of these beautiful cards in G45 COUTURE CARDS, using Graphic 45 paper, just $12 for 3.  If you want a kit for the other set, just let us know and Julia will cut a set for you, as well. :

 That same afternoon, from 1:30-4, Julia will teach G45 CARD BOX.  This is a stunning box that you can use for yourself, or as a gift with cards inside, just $23:

Mon, 4/14 from 1-3, Patsy will teach this month's TEENY TINY CARDS.  Make 2 mini cards and envelopes for just $7.  No samples yet, but you know how great they will be!

TUESDAY TECHNIQUES AGAIN!

Wed, 4/15, from 3-5, Patsy will have the final FIND YOUR WINGS CLUB event.  All you club ladies must bring your own creation to share with each other.

Thurs, 4/16, from 3-5 and again on Mon, 4/28, from 6-8, Dianna will teach NW WATERCOLOR
STYLE CARDS.  Make these 2 Springy, sparkly cards and learn the Northwoods stamps style of water coloring using Tombow markers!.  Just $10 or it's FREE when you purchase a NW stamp of $12 or more!

That sums up our first couple of weeks of creative classes, thanks to our great instructors!

Please remember to bring your basic tool kit with you to each class, which should include:  detail scissors, tape runner, liquid adhesive, pop dots, paper piercer, ruler, pencil, scor-tape, scor buddy if you take an album class, etc.  We sell these items at ARTSY, of course.

Remember every student receives a 10% discount on all regular priced purchases right before or right after their scheduled class!

Please remember to register and pay for classes at least 36 hours ahead, so that the teacher has time to prepare and cut papers, etc. for each student.  Please arrive for class at least 10 min prior to scheduled start time, or even earlier if you want to shop. We only take local checks or cash for our classes, thanks so much.  We are a small stand-alone store and credit card processing fees cut into our inventory budget, so we try to keep the fees very small, and order more inventory.  You can help by bringing CASH, or a local check, we thank you lots!
