Another great exciting lineup for ARTSY classes! Remember these are very fun classes, a chance to meet new friends with similar interests, to learn new techniques, and make beautiful, fun items for yourself or for gifts!

First we start with our upcoming Sat. 6/15 classes...
From 10:30-12:30, Michelle will instruct us in using our alcohol markers (any kind) in
ALCOHOL MARKER CARDS. You will get to stamp and color these 2 wonderful cards for just $15:
That same afternoon from 1-4:30, Jan will help us create our own DISTRESS INK FOAMIE BINDER, but at this point this class is full, sorry.
On Mon, 6/17, from 2-4 our class PEARLY BUTTERFLY CARDS is also full, but the night class
from 6-8 is TOMBOW CARDS. You will create these 2 beautiful cards using Northwoods Stamps coloring techniques with Tombow markers. Make both for $10:
TUESDAY TECHNIQUES ON every Tuesday, come in to learn a new technique using one of our many different products including, stamps, pearlized sprays, dies, stencils, alcohol inks, Distressed inks, Distressed paints, alcohol markers, Tombow markers.....who knows what the next technique will be? Something new each week! Come in anytime between 10 and 5 and learn something new in just a few minutes. Just $2 or FREE WITH A $5 OR MORE PURCHASE. COME HAVE SOME FUN EACH WEEK!
On Wed, 6/19, from 6-8 Patsy will teach POINT OF VIEW CARDS, you will create these 4 cards of Hydrangeas using many different techniques, just $10 for all 4:
Thurs, 6/20, Julia will teach another G45 MAY/ JUNE LAYOUTS, from 6-8. You will be using Graphic 45 papers to do 2 more monthly layouts, each 2 pages for $20:
On Fri, 6/21, Patsy will teach this month's DISTRESS INK TECHNIQUES from 2-4. You will get to experiment with Tim Holtz's distress ink pads learning several techniques and go home with your own ink pad, samples and instructions. Just $30. This class is a full 2 hours of fun:
Sat, 6/22, Pat will teach SECRET ADMIRER ALBUM from 10:30-3:30 (all day class with break for lunch), for $50. As many of you have admired this album in our store, it is an 8x8 beautiful album, filled with pockets, nooks and crannies, lots of places for photos of all sizes and embellishments. It is not listed on our calendar, as such because it filled with 6 people right away, but we have had 2 cancellations just recently, so we now have 2 spots available. Call 613-1631 ASAP to get in. On Mon, 6/24, from 6-7:30ish, Patsy will teach another SIT N STITCH. IF you have taken the beginner's EMBROIDERY ON PAPER class you can come to this class and learn another pattern to stitch for JUST $3!
TUESDAY TECHNIQUES
Wed, 6/26, Doug will teach another Male inspired card, 3D CANOE CARD, from 2-4, just $8 for this neat 3 dimensional pop up canoe card that he devised himself. It can be stamped with any phrase, and used for all occasions, not just birthday:

On Thurs, Patsy will host another CSU CARD MAKING DAY. Come in and volunteer your time to make a card or two using our papers, embellishments, etc. These cards will be donated to the CSU Women's group who make cards and then sell them at craft fairs, and donate the money for scholarships to any woman attending CSU. PLEASE BRING YOUR TOOL KIT with you, thanks.
On Fri, Patsy will host another OPERATION WRITE HOME CARD MAKING DAY. Come in and volunteer (just like the CSU Day) These cards will be shipped by ARTSY to Operation Write Home where they will be sent to our soldiers over seas, they are blank cards that the service men and women use to write home on. Again, please bring your tool kit and any A2 sized envelopes that you can spare to donate, as well. We also accept donations of A2 sized cards with envelopes from our customers and friends. You cannot use glitter, nor stickles on these cards, due to night vision guns, etc. All occasion cards and kids cards are needed. Such a great endeavor! Please help us fill another box. Please bring your tool kit with you.
Sat, 6/29 is another big day for us. Caron, our rep with several different companies will be back to teach 2 classes: The first is from 10:30-12:30 and is STAMPENDOUS CARDS. you will be using stamps, and aged embossing powders from Stampendous. Aren't these beautiful? Both for $17:
The afternoon class with Caron is from 2-4. You will make this gorgeous tissue box cover in UNBELIEVABLE TISSUE BOX, just $17, using Elizabeth Crafts shimmer sheets and peel off stickers, etc.
This sums up another creative month for ARTSY. We've had lots of fun and have created lots of wonderful items and cards. Glad a lot of you could be apart of it.
Please call to register and pay for classes at least 48 hours before the class you're interested in taking. Some of these classes fill up quickly, as many of our instructors have class size limits. 970 613-1631.
You must bring a basic tool kit (or can rent one from us for $1.50), consisting of detail scissors, tape runner, liquid adhesive, pop dots, paper piercer, ruler, pencil, stylus, paper distresser, and any favorite tools. If you are new to this craft, we sell all these items and more, and cute little nylon tool bags for $5.00. You can purchase with your class discount.
Please arrive here for your scheduled class at least 5-10 minutes before class time, so the students and teacher can get settled in and start on time, sometimes earlier. And if you want to purchase, come even earlier to shop before hand.
