ARTSY APRIL CLASS PHOTOS

Hello Friends! 

What a beautiful snow storm,  but it kind of messed things up a bit.....
We had to cancel our 2 Saturday classes DAZZLING BUTTERFLIES do to the storm and have rescheduled them for Sunday, April 21.  Morning class from Noon - 2 and afternoon class from 2:30-4:30.  Patsy has gotten ahold of all of you who were originally signed up.  We do have a couple of openings for the afternoon class if you are interested.  It's $18.  And photos are on our previous blog (which means the next blog).  You will be using Elizabeth Craft Designs micro-fine glitter, tape sheets, shimmer sheets, and her dies. 

We want to wish you a Blessed Easter Sunday!  Hope you all can enjoy it.  The weather should be perfect.

Here are our classes for  the first couple of weeks in April:

Starting with Mon, 4/1(April Fools Day), Patsy will teach this month's ALCOHOL INK TECHNIQUES from 6-8.  You will learn 7 different techniques using Tim Holtz's alcohol ink bottles and go home with your own samples and instructions so you can do it again and again, just $32. Wear old clothes and one of our aprons:

 
 TECHNIQUE TUESDAY, COME IN ANYTIME BETWEEN 10-5. AND LEARN A NEW TECHNIQUE.  IT IS JUST $2 OR FREE WITH A $5 OR  MORE PURCHASE.  DIFFERENT EVERY TUESDAY.

Wed, 4/3, from 6-8 Patsy will teach this month's DISTRESS INK TECHNIQUES.  You will learn 7 different techniques with Tim Holtz's distress ink pads.  You will go home with your own samples and instructions.  Just $32:

 
 
Fri, 4/5, from 2-4, Dianna will teach TOMBOW MARKER TECHNIQUES.  Come learn7 different ways to use these waterbased markers, just $10:
 


Sat, 4/6, from 10:30-4:00, Pat will teach PRAIRIE CHIC ALBUM.  For just $65 you will create this beautiful 8x8 album with many pages, pockets, etc.  The front cover:

Mon, from 2-4, Patsy will teach this month's version of TEENY TINY CARDS.  For just $7 you will make these 2 cuties and envelopes, as well:


That same evening, from 6-8 and again on Fri, 4/19, Judi will teach MOTHER'S DAY CARD, for just $12 you will make this beauty, an intricately folded card that stands up:


Wed, 4/10, from 2-4, Donna will teach another "tea bag folding technique" in BUTTERFLY TEA BAG FOLDING, and you will learn to make thes butterflies and add them to this card, just $4:


Thurs, 4/11, from 2-4 and again on Wed, 4/17 from 6-8, Donna will return to teach these 3 sweet cards in PAPER DOLLS.  You will make all 3 cards for $10.  Aren't they the cutest?


Fri, 4/12, from 2-4, Dianna will teach HEARTFELT CARDS.  You will make 4for $10:


that same Fri, from 6-8, Sharolyn will teach these tweet cards LITTLE BIRDIE CARDS, make all 4 for just $10!


Sat, 4/13, from 10:30-12:30, Deb will teach another FRENCH COUNTRY RECIPE BOOK.  This is a beautiful 5x7 album with 10 embellished pockets for 10 recipe cards that you also make.  It's just $25.  Please bring red line or scor tape with your basic kit.  You will have to put the envelopes together before class starts, so come in an pick those up, or come 20 min early to do it.  Also please bring 10 copies of your favorite recipee to share with other students, to fill your album.


That same afternoon, from 2-4, Julia will teach another G45 MARCH/APRIL LAYOUTS class.
You will make 2-2page layouts, 2 pgs for March 2 for April to continue on with your year long album.  Just $20:


That sums up our first couple of weeks in April.
Please remember to register for classes at least 36 hrs before, so our instructors have time to prepare their materials for each student.
Please remember to bring your basic tool kit to each class, which should include:  detail scissors, tape runner, liquid adhesive, pop dots, ruler, pencil, scor-tape, stylus, etc.  We do sell the tools here at ARTSY, of course. 
All students get a 10% discount on all purchases either right before their class, or right after class.
