May Classes & Events at ARTSY!!

We'll have 3 to choose from and there is a "sneak peek" below for you!   NOCO Crop Stop in Windsor has a retreat planned that weekend for Scrapbook Day and is offering their own activities.

GARDEN JOURNAL CARDS:  Have you ever wanted to make coordinating cards from those “image sheets” that all the manufacturers release, but you don’t know how to get the creative juices started?  Well, this class is for you. Becki will teach you how to create a coordinating set of greeting cards using one 12x12 image sheet of BoBunny’s Garden Journal collection as the inspiration.  You will use and learn how to coordinate Gesso, H2Os, Dies, Distress Inks/Paints and Doodahs - plus learn a whole slew of inspiring tricks!  Bring your basic kit to class.  If you have a brayer and paint palate, bring those too. March Classes at ARTSY!!



 

Brrrrr!!!!!!!  Baby, it's cold outside...and getting really white out there!  BUT, the biggest snow storm of this season so far is not dampening the creativeness of our incredibly gifted instructors! COME FLY WITH ME ALBUM:  Denise and Graphic 45 paper blend into a wonderful album for you to keep or give to someone you REALLY love.  Bring your basic kit to class.    It starts on Friday, 3/20 from 5-9 and continues on Saturday, 3/21 from 10-5.   $75

 

SILHOUETTE DANCER ALTERED JOURNAL: This 36-page journal includes tags, envelopes, cardstock, cardboard, grunge board, vellum, pockets and a few surprise found objects. Stamps are Lost Coast Designs, and journal design focuses on layering techniques. Students will use the following products: Gesso, Distress pain & stains, Perfect Pearl sprays, Inks, Embossing powder, Silks Acrylic Glaze, Wink of Stella/Luna brushes and Stickles.  There will be 8 blank pages left for journaling, collecting quotes or photos. Plus 5 beautifully sprayed torn book pages for art journaling; each will be embellished with plenty of room for student artist's journaling at home.  All products are supplied; your basic kit is required - red tape or comparable recommended in addition to glues and liquid adhesives.  With Cherri Robb on Saturday, 3/21 from 9-4    $40
